About Jennifer
Welcome! My name is Jennifer Caballero and I am a bilingual licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California and have been in the mental health field for over 5 years now providing culturally sensitive work. My specialties include anxiety, postpartum anxiety, depression, postpartum depression and trauma. I also specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, adults and families, addressing stages of life, transitions, relationships, school and work stressors, interests and goals, coping and communication skills.
My experience in working with these populations stems from working in various non-profit organizations and school districts throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, CA.
I am passionate about empowering my clients and creating a safe and supportive environment to heal. It takes a great amount of courage to be able to make the choice of seeking help. Often, life’s journey takes us through triumphs, but not without its challenges. I would like to help give you the appropriate tools to be able to manage life’s challenges.
Your life’s journey is unique; therefore, your coping strategies and therapeutic journey will be unique to you as well. This healing journey begins when you learn to accept, believe in yourself and allow room for self-growth. Our struggles should not define who we are, but instead be used as a tool to help mold us into the best version of ourselves. Life shouldn’t be done alone. I am here to help guide you in overcoming life’s challenges and help support you into becoming the best version of you.
